What ensembles do you offer?

We offer a variety of different instruments to fit any style. Here’s what we offer:
Solo — Violin, guitar, piano, harp
String Duo — Violin & cello or two violins
String Trio — Two violins & cello
String quartet — Two violins, viola & cello
An ensemble of your choice can be provided upon request.

How do I book your musicians to play at my event?

Feel free to reach out via email to chuckcallahanmusic@gmail.com with the details of your event. We’ll respond with our availability, price list, and any other information that pertains to your specific requests. If you feel that we’re a good fit for your event, let us know! We’ll provide you with a contract that can be returned to us along with a 20% deposit to secure your date on the calendar.

What is the price to book strings for my event?

Prices vary depending on the ensemble you choose and amount of time you’d like us to play. Feel free to contact us—we’re happy to give you a price quote!

What is included in a basic package?

A basic package includes approximately 1 hour of music. For weddings, this usually covers 30 minutes of prelude music and ceremony music.

Do you play during cocktail hours and receptions?

Yes! If you’d like a quote for a cocktail hour or reception, or for any additional length of time for your event, just let us know.

I’d like your musicians to play a song that’s not on your song list. Is that possible?

Definitely! We’re able to find an arrangement for most songs for an small additional fee.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Nashville, Tennessee and we cover the entire Nashville area as well as surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius. We are available to travel to most events outside of this area but will require a mileage fee per musician.

Do you accompany guest singers or other musicians?

Yes! We would need to set up a time to rehearse the day of the ceremony to make sure everything sounds perfect.

How far in advance do I need to book an ensemble for my event?

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance, but we would love the opportunity to meet your last minute needs if possible!

What do you need in terms of set up?

The only thing you’ll need to provide is armless chairs for the group or individual.
